What are check-in and check-out times?
Hotel check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am.
What is the cancellation policy?
Xona Resort Suites reservation policy requires 72 hours advance notification, or a cancellation charge of one night's room and tax will apply.
What does the Resort Fee cover and is it required?
The resort fee is a mandatory $15 charge that includes the following:
- Unlimited use of High-Speed Wireless Internet
- Local and long distance phone calls
- Daily delivery of USA Today
- Hotel transportation in Local area
- Parking
- Use of fitness and business centers
- All gratuities for luggage assistance and guest room cleaning
Are pets allowed at Xona Resort Suites?
Yes. There is a $250 non-refundable charge placed to the guest account for cleaning purposes.
What activities does Xona Resort Suites offer?
Four pool areas, Asada Grill and Orange Iguana restaurants, and a 24 hour fitness center. Xona Resort Suites Scottsdale
is also located nearby many Scottsdale golf courses, as well as the spa at the nearby
Fairmont Scottsdale.
Are childcare services available?
Childcare services are not available at Xona Resort Suites; however, during the summer season our
Kids Club program is offered to in-house hotel guests. Kids Club includes a morning and
afternoon session where children may come to enjoy daily activities such as arts and crafts.
Are refrigerators, cribs or rollaway beds available?
Full-size refrigerators are included in all guest room suites. Cribs and rollaway beds are
available upon request. Refrigerators for standard hotel rooms are also available upon
request. These hotel services are all complimentary.
Is there a Concierge service?
Our Resort Concierge is on duty from 8am to 10pm. Dial (480) 585-1493.
Is there an airport or hotel shuttle?
A hotel shuttle is available within a 5 mile radius of the hotel and is on a first come,
first served basis.
Although there is not a hotel shuttle to the airport, Transtyle provides sedan
service to the airport at a reasonable rate. Please contact the front desk or Resort
Concierge for details.
Is there room service and what are the hours?
Room service is available through Asada Grill Restaurant, available 6am to 11pm.

Are there hairdryers in the room?
Yes, each room is equipped with in-room hair dryer, plus iron and ironing board.
Is High Speed Internet access available in guest rooms?
Wireless Internet access is available throughout the resort including guest rooms and even pool areas.
There is no additional charge, as this service is included with the Resort Fee.
We will arrive before check-in, is early check-in available?
If guest rooms are available upon your arrival, early check-in will be provided at no
additional charge. If a guest room is not yet available, Guest Services Staff will
gladly assist with temporary luggage storage.
