The Business of doing Business
Resort Suites is not only a great place for golf groups and families;
it’s also an ideal spot to hold meetings and conferences. We offer
six meeting rooms on site that are suitable for groups from 14 up to 200
people. Add in the convenience of our multi-bedroom suites (ideal for
team building), our specialized Golf and Meeting Planning services,
and you can see that we have the flexibility to help you make your next
meeting or conference a memorable one.

The Pavilion
With a spacious wide-open feeling and stunning floor to ceiling pool
views, our 3,600 sq. ft. glass-walled Pavilion delivers the most space
for your event. Sliding glass walls let in natural light that bounces
from the towering 20 ft. cathedral ceiling. The space can be customized
into a variety of configurations for groups of up to 200 people.
The Pavilion Patio
With its lush surroundings and poolside views, provides the perfect
backdrop for wedding ceremonies, cocktail parties, and receptions.
The McDowell Room
This room can seat up to 80 people, can divide into two separate private
spaces, and is a popular setting for meetings, dinners or receptions.
The Santa Cruz Room
A very private spot that can easily accommodate groups of up to 60 people.
Often used for brunches and social events, the Santa Cruz Room is also
an ideal spot for training sessions or seminars.
The Sonoran Room
A private and professional boardroom with the perfect space for smaller
meetings. Adjacent to the Santa Cruz, McDowell and Catalina Rooms, the
Sonoran Room is also ideal for small break-out sessions.
The Catalina Room
This small, intimate boardroom setting is the perfect spot for a
corporate ‘Think Tank’ or strategy meeting.
The Cabana Pool
Gives you a fun and relaxed environment for more casual functions. From
cocktail parties and informal meetings to receptions and banquets.
